Two of my fitness students raised the bar today at The All Ireland Cadet Judo Open Championship in Dublin. Karis Haughton-Brown +63kgs and Rory Tyrrell at u50kgs in winning GOLD!
Well done Karis at +63kgs and Rory at u50kgs in winning GOLD at The All Ireland Cadet Judo Open Championship in Dublin today.
What makes it more remarkable is that being aged 15 they also fought at the Junior u21 category and Karis won silver and Rory bagging a bronze which is out of their age group but in their respective weight groups. Fantastic achievement!
