Current International athlete Toby Harries ran the 200m Senior Mens Final at the Manchester International event yesterday evening.
Toby ran a strong 150m before before slightly fading at the end of the race after a long athletic season through lockdown with a time of 21.23 seconds.
Manchester today has a head wind of minus 1 per second and the temperature was 14c was very cold at this time of year!
Toby came to me for a full athletic assessment and took my advice to plan his career with athletics and not rugby. The rest is history.
