I enjoyed being Josh's S&C coach during his GB Juniors Tennis Centre at Loughborough University.
Josh left his tennis days behind him to fulfil his genuine love of rugby. Therefore it was with great pleasure to have provided Josh with his pre-season and speed training whilst playing for Nottingham Rugby Club
Pre-season training consisted of active warm up, athletic flexibility, sprint drills technique and speed endurance training for four weeks.
Josh Poullet athletic speed is one of his strengths combined with his physicality. Josh got selected for Leicester Tigers’ XV to face Sale Sharks in the Premiership Cup on Saturday, November 13th.
Athletic speed proves longevity can serve you well during your sports career.
