The British Judo Schools Championships took place at the England Institute of Sports (EIS) arena in Sheffield over the weekend with five of my loyal clients participating.
In preparation for this major event, the troops have been put through their paces for the past five weeks with intense resistance power and speed training. They trained seriously hard!
Thankfully Vale Judo Club based in Oakham followed on from last year's successful season with good results from the weekend.

5th place - Jaye
Unplaced - Ryan
Mary, Amy & Karis should hopefully be selected to represent England Judo team.
