"Well the adrenaline is still flowing from yesterday, but I now have the time to reflect on the last eight months. I’m a great believer there is no I in the word team and there is absolutely no way I would have achieved my half marathon yesterday without so many special and wonderful people. There is also just one very amazing person I have to thank and that is Colin Harris . This amazingly talented and unassuming man put me through ( for me ) the toughest hour early every Sunday morning to get me stronger and physically ready for yesterday. I think he would agree , I wasn’t his usual student 😂🤣🤣however I learnt so much , laughed so much and without him , yesterday would not have happened.
